调研了千阳县乡镇卫生院的实际状况和存在的主要问题,提出实施乡村卫生组织一体化管理。具体改革措施包括①重组卫生资源,实现乡村医疗机构布局合理化。②实施统一管理,推行乡村卫生组织一体化。③整合人才资源,促进乡村医护人员水平专业化。④全面清理整顿,维护医药市场秩序正规化。通过改革探索,健全了农村卫生三级网络,提高了乡镇卫生院的运行效率,加强了医护人员的素质教育,满足了广大农村群众的医疗服务需求。
Investigate the actual situation and the existing problems of the township hospitals in Qianyang County and put forward the implementation of the integrated management of rural organizations. Through the reform and exploration, we have perfected the three-level network of rural health, improved the operation efficiency of township hospitals, strengthened the quality education of medical staff and met the medical service needs of the majority of rural people.
