文章提出 :续修军事志要十分注重几个问题 :一要坚持改革创新。首要是篇目的改革创新。二要把握时代特征。文章从三个方面分析了具有全局性、战略性的新变化、新情况及其构成的时代特征 ,这些都是续修军事志必须从宏观上牢牢把握、充分体现的大问题。三要突出重点内容。即能够反映时代特征和地域特点的内容 ,充分反映建设现代化、正规化军队所取得的新成就、新发展 ,充分展现军队建设的新风貌 ,突出反映开创军队思想政治工作的新局面。
The article puts forward: renewing military ambitions pays great attention to several questions: First, we must adhere to reform and innovation. The first is the purpose of reform and innovation. Second, we must grasp the characteristics of the times. From three aspects, the article analyzes the new changes, new situations and new characteristics of the times which are global and strategic, and these are all major issues that must be firmly grasped and fully embodied in the macro-view of the renewed military ambitions. Third, we must highlight the key content. That is, the content that can reflect the characteristics of the times and the characteristics of the region, fully reflect the new achievements and new developments made in building a modernized and regularized army, fully demonstrate the new outlook of the army’s construction, and highlight the new situation in creating the ideological and political work in the armed forces.
