Our work has found that Dex significantly inhibits the adhesion of rat PMN (neutrophil) to glass beads and its effect can be reversed by Ru 486. This experiment sought to observe the effect of Dex on PMN adhesion induced by TNF (tumor necrosis factor) and to block the glucocorticoids by Ru 486
