我国电力企业属于国家企业,电力企业的发展直接关乎国民的生产生活。本文主要分析了党组织作为企业中一个必不可少的部门在企业中所发挥的作用,然后重点阐述了如何发挥企业党组织的管理作用,文章从坚持党在企业中的领导核心地位、参与企业重大问题决策、加强党组织的自身建设和落实党组织的工作四个方面做了论述。
China’s power enterprises are state-owned enterprises. The development of power enterprises is directly related to the production and living of the people. This article mainly analyzes the function that the Party organization plays in an enterprise as an indispensable part in the enterprise, and then emphatically expounds how to exert the management function of the Party organization in the enterprise. From the point of upholding the party’s leading position in the enterprise and participating in the enterprise Major issues and decision-making, strengthening the self-construction of the party organizations and the implementation of the work of the party organizations were discussed in four aspects.
