目的探讨颈部小切口腔镜甲状腺良性肿瘤手术的学习曲线。方法对2006年6月至2009年6月吉林大学第一医院甲状腺外科行腔镜甲状腺手术302例的临床资料进行分析。按照手术实施的先后顺序分为两组,A组为前30例,B组为后272例,比较两组的手术时间、出血量、引流量、总住院时间、术后住院时间、肿瘤大小、术后恢复活动时间、术后镇痛药的使用情况及并发症等指标。结果两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、术后住院时间、术后恢复活动时间、术后镇痛药的使用差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在掌握一定技巧的基础上,经过30例的手术训练,颈部小切口腔镜甲状腺良性肿瘤手术的学习曲线可达到成熟阶段。
Objective To study the learning curve of benign thyroidectomy with cervical small incision endoscopic surgery. Methods Clinical data of 302 cases undergoing thyroidectomy for thyroid surgery at the First Hospital of Jilin University from June 2006 to June 2009 were analyzed. According to the order of operation, the patients were divided into two groups. Group A was the first 30 cases and group B was the last 272 cases. The operation time, blood loss, drainage, total length of stay, postoperative hospital stay, tumor size, Postoperative recovery activity time, the use of postoperative analgesics and complications and other indicators. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage volume, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative recovery activity time, postoperative analgesic use difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions On the basis of mastery of certain skills, after 30 cases of surgical training, the learning curve of benign thyroidectomy with cervical small incision endoscopy can reach the mature stage.
