儿童急性化脓性扁桃体炎为腭扁桃体的急性非特异性炎症,儿童发病率较高,可引起扁桃体周围脓肿、急性中耳炎、淋巴结炎、咽旁脓肿等局部并发症,亦可引起风湿热、心脏病、急性肾炎等,影响儿童健康发育。笔者自2009年1月～2010年10月采用中西医结合疗法治疗本病38例,疗效满意,并与单用西药治疗的42例作对照观察,现报告如下。
