自80年代以来,股份合作这种经济组织形式在集体林区兴起并蓬勃发展,引起了决策部门的高度重视及理论界的激烈争论,福建的三明试验区和湖南的怀化试验区等地对此进行了可贵的探索与尝试。安徽省各级林业主管部门也对这项工作予以广泛关注和高度支持,许多林业工作者对此进行了理论和操作两个层面的探索。我们从1993年开始,在省厅的支持下,对6个重点林业县的股份合作林业的实践及相关问题作了大量实的考察,同时对省外的试验及理论研究动态作了追踪研究,在此基础上对我省林业股份合作问题提出了较为全面的分析和认识。
Since the 1980s, the form of economic cooperation such as stock cooperation has risen and thrived in the collective forest region, which has aroused the great attention of the decision-making departments and the fierce debate among the theoretical circles. The Sanming Experimental Zone in Fujian Province and the Huaihua Experimental Zone in Hunan Province, Conducted a valuable exploration and try. The forestry authorities at all levels in Anhui Province have also paid extensive attention and high support to this work. Many foresters have conducted theoretical and operational exploration at this level. Since 1993, with the support of the ministry and the government, we made a lot of factual observations on the practice of joint-stock cooperative forestry in six key forestry counties and related issues. At the same time, we made follow-up studies on the dynamics of experimental and theoretical research outside our province, On this basis, the province of forestry shares cooperation proposed a more comprehensive analysis and understanding.
