目的:中药饮片产地鉴别在中药材生产与使用中占有重要地位。传统方法经常通过不同质地的鉴别来区分中药材的产地,其方法简便、实用,但缺乏定量指标。定量数据提取将有效提升中药饮片产地鉴别的可靠性与科学性。方法:本研究尝试应用原子力显微镜,对来源于不同产地的常用中药材,麦冬Ophiopogonis Radix、玉竹Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma、郁金Curcumae Aromaticae Radix等进行微区力学性质的定量表征。结果:不同产地的上述中药在硬度和黏性上有显著性差异。结论:此种方法有望成为不同产地中药材质地鉴定中一种新的定量方法。
OBJECTIVE: Identification of the origin of Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces occupies an important position in the production and use of Chinese herbal medicines. Traditional methods often distinguish the origin of Chinese herbal medicines through the identification of different textures, the method is simple and practical, but the lack of quantitative indicators. Quantitative data extraction will effectively enhance the reliability and scientific identification of the origin of Chinese Herbal Medicine. Methods: Atomic force microscopy was used in this study to quantitatively characterize the micromechanical properties of common Chinese herbal medicines, Ophiopogonis Radix, Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma, Curcumae Aromaticae Radix from different origins. Results: The above traditional Chinese medicines in different areas showed significant differences in hardness and viscosity. Conclusion: This method is expected to become a new quantitative method for the identification of Chinese herbal medicines in different areas.
