世上千行百业,论及职业体验的丰富和深刻,能和新闻这一行当相比的并不多。从事新闻15年来,我逐渐全面地理解媒体的特性,逐步深刻地体验着人性,这个过程,有促成改变抚慰社会的喜悦与成功,也有力不从心的无奈与挫败。一切的变化,起源于2007年自己所负责的一个名为“求助援助大行动”的栏目。这个以帮困难群众过好春节的策划,让我切身感知到了新闻媒体和新闻职业的另一面——我们怎样去办温情的媒体,怎样去做温暖的记者。
As many as thousands of businesses in the world can talk about the richness and depth of their professional experience, they are not as numerous as the news industry. In the past 15 years, I have gradually understood the characteristics of the media and gradually experienced the human nature. This process has the joy and success of bringing about change to the comfort of the community. All changes have their origins in a section entitled “Great Action for Assistance” in 2007. This planning to help the masses get along well with the Spring Festival made me personally aware of the other side of the news media and news profession - how do we do warm media and how to be warm journalists.
