The Journal of the National Press and Publication (Copyright) and the work conference of building a clean government on January 12, 2009 in Beijing. Director General of Press and Publication and Director of the State Copyright Administration Liu Binjie made the main report titled “Further Learning and Practicing the Scientific Outlook on Development and Promoting the Sound and Rapid Development of China’s Press and Publishing Industry”. Vice Minister Li Dongsheng attended the meeting and made an important speech.
