洗钱犯罪的严重危害与严峻形势已经发展到了不容忽视的程度,本文在对洗钱犯罪的概念和特征进行简要介绍的基础上,重点分析了洗钱犯罪的成因,并针对这些原因提出了防治洗钱犯罪的几点对策。
The serious harm and the grim situation of money laundering crime have been developed to a degree that can not be ignored. Based on a brief introduction of the concept and characteristics of money laundering crime, this paper analyzes the causes of money laundering crime in detail and puts forward the prevention and control of money laundering crime for these reasons A few countermeasures.
