上海浦东三林塘是本帮菜发源地、摇篮,也是烹饪之乡。本帮泰斗李伯荣就是三林塘人氏,周元昌是李大师入室弟子。三林塘对上海本帮菜的贡献,相当于顺德对粤菜一样。冷菜:招牌醉河虾、香辣炝脆蜇、芥味拌章鱼、爽口葫芦瓜、酸豆角素鸡、香露葱油鸡、五香梅子鱼、风味酱黄瓜。热菜:野山蒜爆鲜虾、金橘焖排骨、榛蘑葱海参、清汤海味如意卷、豉椒南瓜膏蟹、清炒鳝糊包饼、天麻鼎味鸭、原味徽州笋尖。汤菜:泉水珊瑚千岛湖鱼头。点心:鲜虾韭菜酥角、紫芋细沙印糕。
