由中国人民银行制定的《人民币利率管理规定》4月1日起开始实施,金融界普遍认为此举将有效发挥利率杠杆对国民经济的调节作用,加强利率监管,创造公平有序的竞争环境。
The People’s Bank of China formulated the “Regulations on Renminbi Interest Rates,” which came into effect on April 1. The financial community generally believes this will effectively bring into play the regulatory role of interest rate leverage on the national economy, strengthen interest rate regulation and create a fair and orderly competitive environment.
