目的探讨体育锻炼对高校大学生心理健康的影响,为促进大学生心理健康策略的提出提供参考。方法采用SCL-90量表和自编问卷,对甘肃省部分高校的1 958名男大学生进行问卷调查。对出现心理健康问题的学生利用12周的时间,采用中低强度的项目进行体育锻炼干预。结果 8.28%的学生存在一般心理问题,2.45%的学生存在较为严重的心理障碍。体育干预后心理健康症状睡眠改善、记忆力增强、情绪稳定、意志坚强、身体状况好转、人际关系融洽报告率均较干预前提高(P值均<0.01)。结论体育锻炼对改善和调节大学生心理健康状况成效显著。
Objective To explore the impact of physical exercise on mental health of college students and to provide reference for promoting the mental health of college students. Methods A total of 1 958 male undergraduates in some colleges and universities of Gansu Province were surveyed by using SCL-90 scale and self-made questionnaire. For students who have mental health problems, take 12 weeks’ time and use low- and medium-intensity items for physical exercise intervention. Results 8.28% of students have general psychological problems, 2.45% of students have more serious psychological disorders. Psychological symptoms after psychological intervention improved sleep quality, memory enhancement, emotional stability, strong-willed, physical condition improved, interpersonal harmony reporting rate increased compared with pre-intervention (P <0.01). Conclusion Physical exercise has a significant effect on improving and adjusting the mental health status of college students.
