大连市长海县獐子岛镇是我国盛产扇贝、海螺、海参、鲍鱼等自然资源地区之一,特别是皱纹盘鲍资源十分丰富。1987年以前由于长期失管,形成酷捕滥杀,鲍鱼资源频临枯竭边缘。自1988年实行全面管养以来,鲍鱼资源起死回生,取得明显效果。獐子岛镇在加强海珍品资源保护上主要做了如下几个方面工作:一是镇党委、镇政府广泛深入地对海岛群众进行《渔业法》和保护沿岸资源重要意义的的宣
