肾窦位于肾前后唇之间肾门深入肾实质形成的腔隙,内有肾血管、肾盂、神经、淋巴和脂肪组织等。肾窦内肿瘤少见,我院于2013年对1例肾窦肿瘤进行了手术治疗,术后病理诊断为平滑肌瘤,现报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料患者,男,62岁,健康体检超声波检查发现左肾窦中见强回声实性占位病变,约65mm×40mm大小,边界欠清,后半声影,未见明显血流信号;入院后行IVU、CT平扫+增强检查,结果显示:左肾窦内区见一类椭圆形混杂密
