日前,北京市顺义区法院杨镇法庭调解“离家四年被离婚,千里归来分财产”两案,均以调解结案。李女士离家出走4年,归来后发现法院已经过公告送达判决她与丈夫离婚。李女士眼看着夫妻关系无法挽回,就将丈夫及其家人告上了法庭,要求分得自己应得的财产。经宋法官的耐心调解,李女士的前夫朱先生现场给付了李女士的婚前财产:4套被褥。同时约定由朱先生给付李女士人民币7000元。双方再无财产纠葛。
