目的:探讨细胞间隙连接蛋白Cx32在肝细胞肝癌(hepatocellularcarcinoma,HCC)及其癌旁肝、肝硬变(livercirrhosis,LC)、病毒性肝炎(viralhepatitis,VH)和正常肝组织中的表达和意义。方法:应用SP免疫组织化学法检测Cx32在47例HCC及其15例癌旁肝、19例LC、8例VH及和9例正常肝组织中的表达。结果:Cx32蛋白表达既定位于肝细胞胞浆中,又定位于胞膜上,也可二者同时阳性。Cx32在HCC及癌旁肝、LC、VH和正常肝组织中阳性率分别为42.6%、73.3%、73.7%、75.0%和88.9%。X2检验,Cx32在HCC中的表达明显低于在癌旁肝、LC、VH及正常肝组织的水平(P<0.01)。随着HCC分化程度的降低,其阳性率有所下降。结论:间隙连接蛋白Cx32表达减弱可能是HCC发生的重要环节。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of connexin Cx32 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and its paraneoplastic liver, liver cirrhosis (LC), viral hepatitis (VH) and normal liver tissues. Methods: SP immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Cx32 in 47 cases of HCC and its 15 cases of adjacent liver, 19 cases of LC, 8 cases of VH and 9 cases of normal liver tissue. RESULTS: The expression of Cx32 protein was localized both in the cytoplasm of hepatocytes and on the cell membrane, and it could also be positive at the same time. The positive rates of Cx32 in HCC and adjacent liver, LC, VH and normal liver tissues were 42.6%, 73.3%, 73.7%, 75.0% and 88.9%, respectively. X2 test showed that the expression of Cx32 in HCC was significantly lower than that in paracancer liver, LC, VH and normal liver tissues (P<0.01). As the degree of differentiation of HCC decreased, the positive rate decreased. Conclusion: The decreased expression of gap junction protein Cx32 may be an important part of HCC.
