1990年9月12日,中苏两国在阿拉山口庆祝铁路接轨,实现了期望已久的第二座亚欧大陆桥的贯通。这件事在国内外引起了强烈反响,特别是国际、国内经济贸易界人士及专家、学者更为关切,纷纷前去考察研讨。有关阿拉山口的情况,一时成为人们议论的热门话题。笔者最近有幸随一考察组亲临现场,实际调查了解了一些关于阿拉山口口岸的规划建设情况及其主要的经济作用,略加整理,以(鄕食)读者。
On September 12, 1990, China and the Soviet Union celebrated the railway alignment at the Alashankou and achieved the long-awaited realization of the second Eurasian continental bridge. This incident has aroused strong repercussions both at home and abroad. In particular, people from the international and domestic economic and trade circles, as well as experts and scholars, are even more concerned about this issue and have successively conducted inspection and discussion. Alashankou on the situation, for some time become a hot topic of discussion. Recently I was fortunate enough to visit the site with an inspection team. The actual investigation learned about some of the planning and construction of the Alashankou Port and its major economic functions, and slightly reorganized the readers.
