促红细胞生成素对于心血管系统的保护作用逐渐成为研究热点,基础研究及单中心临床试验已经初步观察到促红细胞生成素治疗动物缺血再灌注损伤和急性心肌梗死的临床疗效。本文综述促红细胞生成素治疗急性心肌梗死的机制、疗效与安全性,认识其对心血管终点事件等的影响和可能的血液学等副作用,以促进促红细胞生成素的合理应用,为急性心肌梗死等相关心血管系统疾病的治疗带来新的方法和思路。
The protective effect of Erythropoietin on the cardiovascular system has gradually become a hot research topic.
