档案管理信息化就是在档案管理的过程中采用信息化的策略与手段来改造传统档案业务,不断适应数字环境下档案活动的发展变化、提升档案管理水平和服务效率,最大限度地满足社会档案需求,是档案信息化工程建设的主要目的。本文将从档案信息化的必要性入手,对档案信息化的意义进行分析,并对信息化建设中的鲜明特征作出研究,最后提出在档案管理信息化建设的几点策略。
