单克隆抗体已作为白血病细胞分型不可缺少的工具,并能精确地分析白血病细胞的起源和分化,并对进一步了解白血病细胞的转化及研究各型白血病细胞之间的相互关系均有重要的作用。本文应用Coulter公司生产的单克隆抗体并结合其它表面标志的检查方法对,50例小儿急性白血病进行分析。材料和方法标本来源:50份标本来自1984.6~1985.12在美国圣地亚哥加利福尼亚大学医学中心小儿血液-免疫实验室,受检的小儿急性白血病初诊患者的骨髓穿刺液,经Ficoll-Hypague密度梯度离心获得的单个核的细胞。所分离的细胞经Wright′s染色证实,
Monoclonal antibodies have been used as indispensable tools for leukemic cell types and can accurately analyze the origin and differentiation of leukemic cells and play an important role in further understanding the transformation of leukemia cells and studying the correlation between leukemic cells . In this paper, Coulter monoclonal antibodies produced in combination with other surface markers of examination, 50 cases of pediatric acute leukemia were analyzed.
