张秉辰,男,北京市人,1928年9月18日出生。1945年5月1日参加八路军。1947年3月加入中国共产党。曾任宣传员、文化教员、技术书记、宣传科长、组织科长、兰空生产基地政委、兰空西安沣镐路干休所政委等职。参加过延安保卫战、沙家店战役、解放西安、扶眉战役、兰州战役、新疆剿匪等。在战争年代因作战勇敢、表现突出,先后获得“人民功臣奖章”等多枚功章、奖章,1952年被推选参加第二届赴朝慰问团。1984年4月离休后,积只极参加部队和地方的关心下一代教育工作,多年来为大、中、小学校和西安烈士陵
