众所周知,布鲁氏菌病是一种人畜共患传染病。近年来,羊布鲁氏菌病得到控制,但牛布鲁氏菌病日趋严重,新疆则更为突出,有些牛场发病率高达33%以上。为了尽快控制本病,我们在研制出牛种544A布鲁氏菌单抗的基础上,又将新疆分离的布病牛强毒S85A研制成单抗,并选用ELISA高效价中和性单抗-A7免疫家兔,经提纯制成抗独特型苗,免疫杂种牛和土种黄牛。通过平板凝集,试管凝集和Coomb's试验证明,凝集抗体消失很快,不完全抗体则可维持一年以上。这表明抗细菌性抗体在体内存在时间较长,这为抗独特型抗体苗的研究和应用提供了很好的依据。
It is well-known that brucellosis is a zoonotic disease. In recent years, sheep brucellosis is under control, but the brucellosis of cattle is becoming more and more serious. Xinjiang is even more prominent. The incidence of some cattle farms is as high as 33% or more. In order to control the disease as soon as possible, on the basis of developing the Brucella abortus 544A monoclonal antibody, we developed the virulent S85A virus of brucellosis virus isolated in Xinjiang and selected the ELISA high titer neutralizing monoclonal antibody - A7 immune rabbits, purified anti-idiotypic seedlings made, immune hybrid cattle and soil cattle. By plate agglutination, tube agglutination and Coomb’s test showed that agglutinating antibodies disappeared quickly, incomplete antibodies can be maintained for more than a year. This indicates that the presence of antibacterial antibodies in vivo longer, which provides a good basis for the anti-idiotypic antibody vaccine research and application.
