党的十四届五中全会提出了经济体制和经济增长方式两个具有全局意义的根本性转变,为企业发展和我国经济建设指明了方向。人保公司作为担负社会经济补偿职能的国有商业性保险企业,如何围绕两个转变搞好自身工作,是当前面临的重要问题。一方面,围绕经济体制的转变,保险企业要进一步拓宽业务领域,提高承保比重,改善服务水平,更好的发挥经济补偿作用,为市场经济体制的建立和社会保障体系的完善做出积极贡献;另一方面,围绕经济增长方式的转变,保险企业要进一步深化机构体制改革和经营机制转换,提高企业的科学管理水平,逐步实现业务增长由速度型向效益型的转变。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee proposed two fundamental changes that have global significance in the economic system and economic growth mode, and pointed out the direction for enterprise development and China’s economic construction. As a state-owned commercial insurance company that plays a role in social and economic compensation, the People’s Insurance Company is an important issue currently facing how to improve its work around the two transitions. On the one hand, around the transformation of the economic system, insurance companies should further broaden the business field, increase the proportion of underwriting, improve service levels, and better play the role of economic compensation to make positive contributions to the establishment of a market economy system and the improvement of the social security system; On the other hand, around the transformation of economic growth mode, insurance companies should further deepen institutional restructuring and transformation of operating mechanisms, improve the scientific management level of enterprises, and gradually realize the transformation of business growth from speed to efficiency.
