市场营销专业以专业公司化作为专业的人才培养模式,由学校和企业共同建立汽车4S店,将课堂建在4S店里,让学生与企业岗位零距离接触。置身于企业环境,在市场中学习体验企业文化,把握职业技能,提高职业道德素养和职业意识。此文针对中职学校市场营销课程教学的现状,提出有针对性的建设思路,探索适合中职学校市场营销专业的人才培养模式。
Marketing professional professional company as a professional personnel training mode, by the school and business to establish a car 4S shop, the classroom built in the 4S shop, so that students and corporate positions zero contact. Exposure to business environment, in the market to learn to experience corporate culture, grasp professional skills, improve professional ethics and professional awareness. This article aims at the current situation of the teaching of marketing course in secondary vocational schools, puts forward the specific construction ideas and explores the suitable talents training mode of secondary vocational school marketing.
