施行经尿道前列腺一侧叶电切术，治疗82例前列腺良性肥大症患者，平均切除量22．8g，手术时间48分钟，近期并发症率4．9％。术后3天拔管全部通畅排尿。尿道造影显示前列腺尿道呈新月状腔隙，腺尖段尿道宽敞。
Transurethral resection of prostate on one side of the leaf, the treatment of benign prostatic hypertrophy in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia, the average removal of 22.8g, the operation time of 48 minutes, the recent complication rate of 4.9%. 3 days after extubation all smooth voiding. Urethra showed prostatic urethra was crescent-like lacuna, urethral gland urethra spacious.
