太原工学院学报,经过将近一年的筹备,现在开始刊行了。这是一件好事,学报的出版标志着我们教学、科学研究工作前进了又一步。不过,学报初办,缺点一定不少,而且一下子也不容易巩固,但新事物总是发展的,冲破“头难”这一关,从无到有,从有到好,只要我们辛勤劳动就不是什么过奢的想望。让我们有信心地预祝学报的质量逐步提高吧!出版学报是应当受到鼓励的,因为它可以促进科学研究上各部门的理论与经验的交流。这种交流是十分必要的,有助于科学技术工作者们互相学习。正如苏联科学院主席
The Journal of Taiyuan Institute of Technology, after nearly a year of preparation, has now begun publication. This is a good thing. The publication of the journal marks a further step in our teaching and scientific research. However, when the journals were first started, the shortcomings must be quite a lot, and it was not easy to consolidate all at once. However, new things always developed, breaking through the “head-to-head” barrier, starting from scratch, and being good, as long as we worked hard. It is not too much extravagant hope.
