困难职工是企业的弱势群体,帮扶解困工作是企业党政组织和各级工会在社会保障体系逐步完善的过渡时期必须承担的历史责任。深入贯彻落实《工会法》,把维护困难职工群体权利,建立和完善帮扶解困工作作为当前乃至今后一个时期的工作重点,是我们工会组织义不容辞的责任。要做好这项工作就要认真研究,深入探索,紧密结合企业和困难职工群体的实际,积极拓展帮扶思路,扎实推进解困
The difficult employees are the vulnerable groups of enterprises. Helping to get relief from poverty is the historical responsibility that the party and government organizations at all levels and the trade unions at all levels must shoulder in the transitional period of gradually improving the social security system. It is our unshirkable responsibility to conduct in-depth implementation of the “Trade Union Law” and to uphold the rights of the disadvantaged groups of workers and establish and improve the work of helping and relieving the poverty as a work focus for the present and future period. To do a good job in this work, we must make careful studies, explore in depth, and closely integrate with the reality of enterprises and groups of people in difficulty, actively expand the mentality of helping and promote the solution
