目的探讨卵巢黄体破裂临床特征及误诊原因。方法对31例卵巢黄体破裂临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果31例中术前明确诊断9例,误诊22例。结论全面综合分析卵巢黄体破裂的临床特征,对提高诊断率,减少误诊有十分重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and causes of misdiagnosis of corpus luteum rupture. Methods 31 cases of ovarian luteal rupture clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 31 cases, 9 cases were diagnosed preoperatively and 22 cases were misdiagnosed. Conclusion A comprehensive and comprehensive analysis of the clinical features of ovarian luteal rupture, to improve the diagnostic rate, reduce misdiagnosis has very important clinical significance.
