由吉林电力科技开发公司及吉林省电力工业局计算机办公室共同研制开发的吉林省电力工业局MIS(管理信息系统)一期工程鉴定会在吉林省局科技处主持下于1993年12月8日在长春召开。 鉴定委员会由电力部信息中心、东北电业管理局信息中心、湖北省电力局计算中心、黑龙江省电力局计算机办公室、北京供电局、吉林大学、吉林工业大学及吉林省局有关领导和专家共15人
The MIS (Management Information System) Phase I Project of the Jilin Electric Power Industry Bureau jointly developed by the Jilin Electric Power Technology Development Corporation and the Jilin Provincial Power Industry Bureau Computer Office was hosted by the Science and Technology Department of the Jilin Provincial Bureau on December 8, 1993. Held in Changchun. The appraisal committee consisted of leaders from the Ministry of Electric Power Information Center, the Northeast Electric Power Administration Information Center, the Computational Center of the Hubei Provincial Electric Power Bureau, the Computer Office of the Heilongjiang Electric Power Bureau, the Beijing Power Supply Bureau, Jilin University, Jilin University of Technology, and the Jilin Provincial Bureau. 15 people
