以前,我单位油工做黑板玻璃上的红色分格,多是用画笔醮着油漆靠着尺子进行的,由于玻璃块较大,手劲不匀,做起来既费工又难以保证质量。最近,我单位在几栋教学楼的黑板玻璃分格做法上进行了改进,效果很好,具体做法如下:一、工具及材料:工具为木工常用的墨斗。用前把墨斗洗净,根据所需线条的粗细选择一根新的小线及棉絮。不要用亮光线,因它弹性小、吸水性差。把红广告色倒入墨斗,待棉絮浸透后即可使用。
In the past, my unit oil worker used to do the red grid on the blackboard glass, mostly brushing the paint with a brush and leaning against a ruler. Because of the large glass blocks and uneven hand strength, it was both laborious and difficult to guarantee quality. Recently, my unit has made improvements in the teaching methods of the blackboards of several buildings. The results are very good. The specific methods are as follows: 1. Tools and materials: The tools are common ink fountains for woodworkers. Wash the ink fountain before use and select a new line and batting according to the desired line thickness. Do not use bright light because of its low elasticity and poor water absorption. Pour the red advertisement color into the ink fountain, and use it after soaking the cotton.
