对武钢6号高炉炉身黏结的处理实践进行了总结。简要分析了6号高炉炉身黏结的原因,重点阐述了高炉操作者应对黏结的处理方法,指出了高炉炉型维护的重要性。认为,球团矿、块矿软化区间与烧结矿软化区间不一致,以及高炉冷却强度偏大,是炉身黏结的主要原因;通过采用调整装料制度,强行放开边沿气流,以冲刷黏结物的方法,是处理炉身黏结的有效措施。
The treatment practice of 6 # blast furnace shaft body in WISCO was summarized. This paper briefly analyzes the reason of the bonding of No.6 blast furnace shaft, emphatically elaborates the blast furnace operator to deal with the bond and points out the importance of blast furnace type maintenance.
