2004年6月16日,大连市刮起了8级大风,虽然这样的天气在大连并非鲜见,但停泊在星海湾的豪华游轮“奥丽安娜”号却船体倾斜,推定全损。由此造成的保险赔偿和8000万美元扶正费用的缺口,引起保险业内外人士的深思。
