目的探讨过敏性紫癜的临床诊断和治疗措施,总结临床经验以提高诊治水平。方法回顾性分析2010年4月至2011年9月我院收治的56例过敏性紫癜患儿的临床资料,进行分析总结。结果经过积极治疗56例患者中48例痊愈,6例明显好转,1例发生肠套叠,1例发生肾功能不全。结论过敏性紫癜经过及时积极临床诊治预后良好,但是应该警惕肠套叠、肠出血及肾功能不全等的发生。
Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura and summarize the clinical experience to improve the diagnosis and treatment. Methods The clinical data of 56 children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura who were admitted to our hospital from April 2010 to September 2011 were retrospectively analyzed and analyzed. Results After active treatment of 48 patients, 56 cases recovered, 6 cases improved significantly, 1 case had intussusception, 1 case of renal insufficiency. Conclusions The clinical diagnosis and treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura has a good prognosis. However, we should be alert to the occurrence of intussusception, intestinal hemorrhage and renal insufficiency.
