本文总结了51例食管癌内支架放置术后的并发症及处理体会。认为胸痛症状以放置记忆合金支架略轻 ,合并食管气管瘘放置内支架同时需加强抗炎治疗 ,支架释放时需缓慢释放 ,随时调整 ,肉芽组织或肿瘤组织增生堵塞管腔可再次叠放支架。
This article summarizes the complications and treatment experience of 51 cases of esophageal cancer stent placement. It is believed that the symptoms of chest pain are slightly lighter with the placement of a memory alloy stent. Intra-esophageal tracheal fistulas placed with stents need to be strengthened with anti-inflammatory treatment. The stent needs to be released slowly and adjusted at any time. The granulation tissue or tumor tissue hyperplasia and block the lumen can be stacked again.
