目的 :为评价工业用蒽油对机体免疫功能的影响提供实验依据。方法 :小鼠经消化道用工业用蒽油染毒 2周 ,实验分设高、中、低 3个剂量组和 1个对照组 ,分别检测小鼠外周血T淋巴细胞的酸性α醋萘酚酯酶 (ANAE)阳性率、淋巴细胞增殖功能及腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能。结果 :染毒剂量组外周血T淋巴细胞、淋巴细胞的OD值低于对照组 ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;染毒组的巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数低于对照组 ,差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :工业用蒽油对小鼠外周血T淋巴细胞的ANAE阳性率、淋巴细胞增殖具有一定的免疫毒性作用 ,对腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响有待进一步研究
Objective: To provide an experimental basis for evaluating the effect of industrial anthracene oil on immune function. Methods: The mice were treated with industrial anthracene oil in the digestive tract for 2 weeks. The experimental groups were divided into three groups: high, medium and low dose groups and one control group. The levels of acid alpha naphthol in peripheral T lymphocytes (ANAE) positive rate, lymphocyte proliferation and phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages. Results: The OD values of T lymphocytes and lymphocytes in peripheral blood were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of macrophages in the treated group were lower than those in the control group, The difference was not significant (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Anthracene oil for industrial use has a certain immunotoxic effect on the ANAE positive rate and lymphocyte proliferation of T lymphocytes in mice, and its effect on the phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages needs further study
