目的:建立肝胆双清口服液中丹皮酚含量测定的HPLC方法。方法:岛津VP-ODS C18色谱柱(250 mm×4．6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0．4％磷酸溶液(60:40)检测波长为274 nm,流速1．0 ml·min-1;柱温25℃。结果:丹皮酚线性范围为0．11-0．54μg,平均回收率99．8％,RSD为2．1％。结论:方法可靠,简单可行,为控制肝胆双清口服液的内在质量提供了科学依据。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of paeonol in Gandan Shuangqing oral liquid. Method: Shimadzu VP-ODS C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase: methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid solution (60:40) detection wavelength 274 nm, flow rate 1.0 ml· Min-1; column temperature 25°C. Results: The linear range of paeonol was 0.11-0.54μg, the average recovery was 99.8%, RSD was 2.1%. Conclusion: The method is reliable, simple and feasible, and provides scientific basis for controlling the intrinsic quality of Gandan Shuangqing Oral Liquid.
