目的 :研究使用西帕依固龈液治疗牙龈炎牙龈出血的效果。方法 :将2014年10月-2015年12月期间在我院进行治疗的牙龈炎牙龈出血患者48例进行分组,通过计算机分配的方式分配患者例数,其中对照组患者24例,观察组患者24例。对照组使用葡萄糖酸氯已定含漱液进行治疗,观察组使用西帕依固龈液进行治疗,将两组患者的治疗前后菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数的变化情况及临床总有效率进行比较。结果 :对比总有效率情况,对照组不如观察组(P<0.05)。对比菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数情况,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :牙龈炎牙龈出血使用西帕依固龈液治疗的效果佳。
Objective: To study the effect of using Xipayi gingival solution on gingival bleeding in gingivitis. Methods: Forty-eight patients with gingivitis and gingival bleeding who were treated in our hospital from October 2014 to December 2015 were divided into groups, and the number of patients was allocated by means of computer allocation. Compared with plaque index and sulcus bleeding index, the observation group was better than the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Gingivitis gingival bleeding has been shown to be effective with ciprofloxacin.
