最低工资标准是指劳动者在法定工作时间或依法签订的劳动合同约定的工作时间内,在提供了正常劳动的前提下,用人单位依法应支付的最低劳动报酬。其目的是为了维护劳动者取得劳动报酬的合法权益,保障劳动者个人及其家庭成员的基本生活。从1994年最低工资制度在我国开始实施以来,最低工资标准一直在缓慢提高。影响最低工资标准制定的主要因素有以下五点:⑴城镇居民人均生活费用;⑵职工个人缴纳社会保险费、住房公积金;⑶职工平均工资;⑷失业率;⑸经济发展水平。现选取职
