王先生很喜欢游泳,平时每周游两三次,除此之外他没有再进行其他锻炼。游泳是一项非常好的运动,对协调四肢的灵活性、改善神经系统的敏感度,起到很大的帮助。不过游泳时,身体处于水平,心脏跟平时垂直体位下所承受的压力并不相同,如果长期只游泳,对心脏的锻炼效果就不是那么明显了。
Mr. Wang likes to swim, usually two or three times a week, in addition to his no other exercise. Swimming is a very good exercise and is very helpful in coordinating the flexibility of the limbs and improving the sensitivity of the nervous system. However, swimming, the body at the level of the heart with the usual vertical position under the pressure is not the same, if only long-term swimming, the effect of the exercise on the heart is not so obvious.
