本文研究了预变形电场时效对1420Al-Li合金组织和性能的影响。结果发现,预变形电场时效可以显著提高合金的强度,而塑性降低不大。合金经预拉伸变形3%,在电场强度为4kV/cm,120°时效12h后具有最佳的强度和塑性配合。TEM分析表明:这一性能结果与预变形电场时效所导致的位错组态、δ′相及其晶界无析出带(PFZ)的改变有关。
In this paper, the effect of pre-deformation electric field aging on microstructure and properties of 1420Al-Li alloy was studied. The results show that pre-deformation electric field aging can significantly improve the strength of the alloy, while reducing the plasticity is not. The pre-tensile deformation of the alloy 3%, the electric field strength of 4kV / cm, 120 ° aging after 12h with the best strength and plasticity. TEM results show that the results of this property are related to the dislocation configuration, the δ ’phase and the change of PFZ in the pre-deformation electric field.
