以环氧树脂为原料 ,合成了球形大孔环氧 硫脲螯合树脂 ,建立了利用此螯合树脂富集分离微量金、汞、钯的ICP光谱分析法 ,讨论了其富集各元素的条件和影响因素 ,对螯合树脂作了红外光谱分析 ,并对某些冶金样品中的微量金、汞、钯元素进行了分离测定 .实验表明 ,该树脂是一种性能良好的富集金、汞、钯的新型高分子材料 ,它具有合成简便、价格低廉、吸附容量大、易洗脱和干扰少等优点 .
The epoxy resin was used as the raw material to synthesize the spherical macroporous epoxy thiourea chelate resin. The ICP spectrometric method for the enrichment and separation of trace gold, mercury and palladium using the chelating resin was established. The enrichment of various elements Conditions and influencing factors, the infrared spectra of the chelating resin were analyzed, and the trace amounts of gold, mercury and palladium in some metallurgical samples were determined.The experimental results show that the resin is a good gold, Mercury, palladium a new type of polymer materials, it has the advantages of simple synthesis, low price, large adsorption capacity, easy to elute and interference.
