一、前言为了降低印刷机的噪声,提高其速度,对其打印头的拖动、输纸机构可以采用电机直接驱动的方式。另外,近年来由于新的印字方式印刷速度的提高,过去使用的低速串行印字方式也可用于中速印刷机。在这里作为讨论对象的打印机被使用在2400位/秒的数据传输线路中,它是在打印头运动当中进行印字的。因此这个打印头拖动机构,为了保证印字成行性所要求的恒速和为了达到恒速的启动时间都成了问题。再有,因为在高速中印字,对应于这种情况,回车的时间常数应该尽量小。也就是说,被用来作为印刷机的打印头拖动机构的驱动部件电机需要满足如下的运动条件。
