The China Road Freight Index, which was jointly investigated by China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing and Guangdong Lin’an Logistics Group, was 99.4 points in June 2015, down 3.9% from the previous month, down 5.2% from the beginning of the year and down 8.9% from the same period of last year. Overall, the trend continued to decline, but the chain decline slightly narrowed in May. In June, the freight index of China’s road logistics continued to fall, mainly due to such factors as the drop in oil prices and the continued drop in demand for commodities.
