高校图书馆提供知识服务是针对其用户进行更具针对性的服务,其区别于传统知识服务,能够更大程度的满足用户的需求。本文通过对知识服务的概述,拓展到高校进行知识服务的必要性。笔者阐述了高校图书馆进行知识服务的必要条件,包括具备知识服务能力的专业人才、专业技术支持、必要的创新服务意识。在具备相关条件后,高校图书馆可以开展类似教学资源提供服务、科研项目支持、学术支持服务等。本文旨在向读者展开高校图书馆的知识服务相关内容并提供一定的研究参考。
University library provides knowledge service is aimed at its users more targeted service, which is different from traditional knowledge services, to a greater extent to meet the needs of users. This article through the knowledge service overview, extended to the necessity of knowledge service in colleges and universities. The author expounds the necessary conditions for university libraries to carry out knowledge service, including professionals with knowledge service ability, professional technical support and the necessary sense of innovative service. With the relevant conditions, the university library can carry out similar teaching resources to provide services, research project support, academic support services. The purpose of this paper is to introduce readers to the contents of knowledge services of university libraries and to provide some references for their research.
