素质教育是一项基础工程，它对中华民族在 21世纪能否自立于世界民族之林，有着十分重要的意义，小学数学是这项基础工程的基础。由此，要求我们教师在课堂教学中，要注意结合教学内容和学生的思维特点，加强对学生的思维训练，培养学生的思维能力和创新能力，提高学生素质。
Quality education is a basic project that is of great significance to the Chinese nation’s ability to become independent of the peoples of the world in the 21st century. Primary school mathematics is the foundation of this foundation project. Thus, we are required teachers in classroom teaching, we should pay attention to combining teaching content and the thinking characteristics of students, to strengthen the thinking and training of students, develop students’ thinking skills and innovative ability, improve the quality of students.
