嘉政办发[2011]144号各县(市、区)人民政府,市政府有关部门、直属有关单位:沪杭高速公路(铁路)是横贯我市的交通大动脉,也是我市对外交往的重要窗口。为深入实施“生态立市”战略,加快现代化网络型田园城市建设步伐,改善和提升我市对外重要窗口形象,经市政府研究,决定实施沪杭高速公路(铁路)沿线森林通道建设。现就有关事项通知如下:
Jiazheng Ban [2011] No. 144 People’s governments of all counties (cities / districts), relevant departments of the municipal government and relevant agencies directly under the Shanghai Municipal Government: Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway (Railway) is a major artery of traffic across the city and an important window for foreign exchanges in our city . In order to further implement the strategy of “establishing an eco-city”, speed up the pace of construction of a modern networked garden city, improve and enhance the city’s important window image to the outside world, and study by the municipal government decided to implement the construction of forest access along the Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway (railway).
