利用数学模型公式Y=blg（x＋k）＋a将ALT标准曲线拟合为，得出ALT标准曲线。其r=1．0000。并将该公式编制程序存入函数计算器中，省去绘制曲线之烦琐，且具有查对方便、计算准确之功效。尤适用于基层医疗单位之应用。
The ALT standard curve is fitted using the mathematical model formula Y = blg (x + k) + a to yield the ALT standard curve. Its r = 1.0000. And formulating the formula into the function calculator, eliminating the cumbersome curve drawing and having the functions of checking conveniently and calculating accurately. Especially suitable for the application of primary medical units.
