职业院校学生职业生涯规划教育具有重要的意义,能够促使学生树立正确的职业理想,还能提升学生的综合素质能力,进而促进学生的全面发展。但是当前学生职业生涯规划教育也面临着一些问题,主要表现在学生自身对职业生涯没有形成正确的意识,同时还没有确立具体的发展目标等,这样的形势告诫我们应该加强职业生涯规划教育,应该提高学生自身对职业生涯规划教育的认知,还应积极完善相关的教育工作。
